Does light therapy actually work?
Yes, light therapy is well-supported by research (see studies under Clinical Studies further down) and is used in both skincare and hair and scalp care. Red and near-infrared light stimulates the skin's natural regeneration processes, promotes collagen production, and can reduce visible signs of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, and pigment spots. At the same time, blue light can effectively combat acne by reducing bacteria and sebum production.
Regarding hair care, research has shown that red light can stimulate hair follicles and improve blood circulation in the scalp, which can contribute to healthier hair growth and reduce hair loss.

How does your satisfaction guarantee work?
We are so confident in your results that we offer a 3-7 month satisfaction guarantee on all our products. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the product to us and we will refund the full amount (including shipping) regardless of the reason.
To receive a full refund, the return must include the product, original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.
It may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of the return for the money to be refunded to your bank account.

Shipping and delivery
Where do you send the goods from?
Light therapy is a Norwegian online shop with offices in Oslo and warehouse in Drøbak. This means we can deliver packages in 1–3 days in the Oslo area and 2–5 days to the rest of Norway.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We deliver packages in 1–3 days to Eastern Norway and 2–5 days to the rest of Norway.
Tracking says the package has been delivered?
If you have not received your parcel, it has been delivered to your nearest collection point with 'Post in store'. You will normally receive an SMS or a collection note in your mailbox with information on how to collect it.
Do I have to pay customs and fees?
No, with us you do not pay any customs duties, extra VAT, or similar charges. The price you see is the price you pay. There will be no surprises, extra charges, or similar. Other providers ship from abroad, and additional costs will then be added to the price.
Do you deliver to countries other than Norway?
Unfortunately, we only deliver goods within Norway. We do not ship to Svalbard, or addresses outside of Norway.

How do I process a return if I am not 100% satisfied?
Please contact us at support@lysterapi.no. Kindly write 'I wish to return the product and receive a refund' in the subject line.

What is your return policy?
We are proud of our guarantees – they are among the most generous you will find. All our products come with a satisfaction guarantee of at least 90 days. As long as the item is returned in good condition, in its original packaging with accessories (charger, etc.), you will receive the full amount back – including return shipping.
In other words: You get your money back for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied.

Do I get my money back if I am not satisfied with the result?

Regardless of why you are not 100% satisfied, you will get the full amount back – simple and straightforward. We simply do not want to keep the money of anyone who is not completely satisfied with their purchase.
